Established in 2008, the Community Re-Entry Network Program provides support to ex-offenders by identifying physical and behavior health needs. We help link individuals to health care services, supportive housing, family reunification, life skills training, and workforce development support through an 8-component program.
We operate in partnership with the community to assess, plan, and implement effective strategies to reduce recidivism, increase public safety, and successfully assist and support ex-offenders in their transition to become productive, positive members of the Houston community.
